Timeline
Once your piece is complete (typically six to eight weeks from order), our delivery partner will contact you within one week to schedule. Most deliveries occur within two weeks of completion, depending on your location and availability.
The Delivery Experience
On your scheduled day:
- You'll receive a confirmation call 24-48 hours in advance
- Our team will call again 30 minutes before arrival
- Your piece will be carefully brought inside and unwrapped
- Positioned exactly where you want it—we'll move it until you're satisfied
- All packaging removed, leaving only your new furniture
